AYVA
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center. We ship worldwide and all orders include tracking.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by destination country, customs processing times, local carrier operations, or periods of high seasonal demand. Please allow the full 15-business-day window before contacting us about a delayed order.
Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs, VAT, and import duties
By placing an order with AYVA, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the importer of record for your order and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements in your country.
- Any VAT, import duties, customs brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges assessed by your local customs authority are your responsibility and must be paid by you directly.
- AYVA has no obligation to reimburse, cover, or credit any such charges under any circumstances, including in cases of return or refund.
- AYVA is not responsible for delays arising from customs processing or inspection in the destination country.
If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to import fees or duties, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.
Refused or seized shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned, held, or seized by customs authorities due to non-payment of duties or taxes, failure to comply with local import regulations, or any other customs-related reason, AYVA is not obligated to issue a refund for the order, including the original purchase price and any shipping costs. In such cases, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or lost shipments
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us at hey@ayvaofficial.com and we will assist you.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, AYVA is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit. This includes circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, carrier failures, customs delays, or force majeure events. We will however always support you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
Incorrect address
AYVA is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please verify your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Additional reshipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.
