At AYVA, we ship all orders directly from our quality-certified fulfillment center to ensure reliable handling and worldwide delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, local carrier delays, or periods of high seasonal demand. While most orders arrive within the earlier part of the delivery window, please allow the full timeframe before contacting us.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Fees
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
AYVA is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs processing.
If you are unsure whether your order may be subject to additional fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at hey@ayvaofficial.com and we will assist you.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, AYVA is not liable for carrier-related delays, loss, or damage during transit. However, we will always support you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
