Returns & Refunds
At AYVA, we want you to love your bag, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
In original packaging
-
With tags attached
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Please contact our support team at hey@ayvaofficial.com to initiate a return. If your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
Return shipping is by mail only. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

A flat return fee of €4.99 or 49 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

This fee does not apply if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the steps above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
We do not accept returns on:

Hazardous materials or flammable goods
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked. Items must meet the same return conditions as above, and the €5 / 49 SEK return fee will apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
